It has been such an exiciting spring and summer leading up to the season with the growing support and exicitment surrounding the team this year!!!
We were clad in our green and gold and ready for a "W".
The tailgating beforehand was so much fun, with tons of people pumped up for not only the game, but the season ahead. I think everyone I talked to shared the same sentiment...this is our year for some victories!
It was pretty cool to see such a large crowd of current students and alumni all herding into the stadium to cheer on the Green and Gold. There was a great turnout!
Unfortunately, U-Conn had a plan of their own, which did not bode well for Baylor. Although we started out pretty strong and things were really looking good, we began to slack on both sides of the field and, alas, gave up the win to U-Conn.
This Baylor bear did not seam to notice the scoreboard :).
The Bears still have a lot of football left to play this year and I have faith in RG3and his teammates that this will be a good year for us.
